Just another beautiful Sunday run.  Hope you have the courage to do something today or this week.  Even if you have Lyme disease and Lyme symptoms, try to do a little exercise of some sort.  Dopamine is so important for the brain and for your mood.  Exercise increases dopamine receptors.

Be Relentless.  100% Recovery.  Never give up!
