If you can exercise, try to do something, even a little bit. The ones who sustain their recovery from Lyme disease are the ones who exercise… said a famous Lyme doctor. And don’t worry, I’m being careful about ticks! But I’m still enjoying the great outdoors! Try to do some exercise today!
